M H Associates Chartered Surveyors: what we do

M H Associates provides professional consultancy and active involvement in projects involving surveying, project management, architecture and property management. The aforementioned services and disciplines may be either independent of, or in conjunction with, one another.

Each discipline is represented by a group of associates based at our practice in Herne Hill, London, all of whom are experts in their respective fields.

Property management

The practice has a department providing property management with an exceptional depth of experience and expertise at their disposal. Services are as varied as practice attendance at client's AGMs and full account management, although the tenet of complete customer satisfaction runs throughout.

Surveying

Our building surveying services cover a range of legal and planning issues, including structural surveying, right to light and party wall awards. The practice has also carried out specialist work regarding 'sick building syndrome'.

Project management

The practice has a team dedicated to complete project management. We provide a comprehensive analytics service, covering cost budgeting, estimation analysis and reassessment of manpower and materials. These processes are further mitigated by our monitoring department.

Architecture

Our architecture service combines some of the fundamental practices of building surveying with the integral components of building design.
